Limmi are the typical cups used in the past to store food. They were used to mainly preserve the olives in brine, the tomato seeds to season the friselle and were the cups most used to serve the needs of everyday life. Starting from the tradition we have recreated the limmi with stained effect to be used as a cup for salads to be brought to the table.
We love to bring tradition back to the table by reinterpreting the oldest forms and giving them a new life on our tables. In addition to a simple decoration, the macchiato effect for every Apulian represents a memory of tradition in which nature was always the protagonist. In the past, the master potters, obtained the stained effect by spraying the artifacts with bundles of twigs of the Mediterranean maquis previously dipped in the residual enamel of previous colors. The shades of white and ramine green are exactly those of the ancient tradition and today as then make the table joyful.
